Through an easy initial telephone call or brief
questionnaire via email, we find out about your
current situation, your target market, the benefits
you offer, your competition and goals for the future.
These are all integral facts to consider to ensure
your pieces really speak to your target market, help
you to stand out and will work for you both now and
as your business grows going forward.

Armed with indepth knowledge about your needs,
we then turn to your current situation. Take a hard
look at the materials you currently have and the
brand recognition leverageability if applicable. We
want to make sure new materials integrate nicely
with pieces you already have and love. And, if yours
is an established business in need of an energy
boost we tread lightly to ensure we enhance and
not trample on the brand identity you've worked
hard to establish in the marketplace.

We serve your needs... not ours.
Once we have a clear look at what is needed, we then develop 4-8 general concept ideas for your project, depending on it's
type.  These are typically sent to you within 48 hours. We then ask that you feel free to provide feedback and comments on
the drafts. We want to know what you do like, what you don't like what strikes you. All drafts sent to you are ones we believe
will serve your purpose well, they are solid in design function and useage - the editing process is about preference.

Although it's rare for a client to need more than a few revisions to really nail a design, we're most interested in providing
materials that will speak for you - that you love and are proud to use. With your feedback, we may tweak, redesign or even
combine draft options to narrow down the field for you.

Once we've decided on a clear direction, your piece is polished off, professionally proofread if it involves new copy and all of
your data files are prepared. We send you a variety of files including print-ready, screen-ready, and of course your native files
so that you have everything you could possibly need to utilize your new marketing materials to their fullest.
